So far so good with this desk. It took a bit longer to receive than the other items I ordered for the office, but still super fast. Ordered on a Thursday and received on a Monday! It was a bear for my husband to put together. It took him longer to put this together than it took him to put together all 4 of the other Items I ordered for the office. The manual only had diagrams and no written instructions so that didn't help. Plus 4 screws were missing and when we called the manufacturer they said they were out of stock and had to be ordered from overseas and would take up to 15 days! So thankfully Lowe's had the screws. The desk is solid and very sturdy and looks nice. I ordered the grey. I don't like the way the top two drawers slide out. They are a little hard to pull as they only have "wood" tracks. But the bottom drawer is on metal tracks and slides out easily. And I have to say all the drawers hold a lot more than you would think so I was surprised at that. It would have been nice if the top piece was all one piece instead of two, but not really a big deal. And the grain on both pieces match. I also like the fact that there is lots of room for my legs under the desk and since it is open I can access the wall outlet if I need to. Overall very happy with this desk so far. Each piece of our handcrafted furniture was designed to showcase the naturalistic and weathered beauty of a reclaimed-looking work of art. Some of the characteristics you’ll find in every piece of our furniture include natural differences in color shading variations due to variables in the wood grain density, accentuated by hand-applied distressing. Season cracks and knots are markings that are natural responses, not manufacturing defects, and do not affect the strength and integrity of the individual piece. Our hand-crafted joinery and staining by our skilled artisans make each piece a unique work of art. This beautifully constructed, reclaimed lumber-looking writing desk has been built using time-honored traditions of old-world craftsmanship. We use solid hardwood with hand-forged metal iron legs and full-extension metal ball-bearing drawer glides for years of worry-free use. If the casual reclaimed lumber style is what you are looking for, then this beautiful solid wood desk is right up your alley.

This metal wood industrial desk unfortunately had 2 broken pieces as we opened the box. I still gave it 4 stars because this could have happened during shipping but I do think they could have included more wrap styrofoam around it. I will say this is a VERY heavy desk. It seems to be high quality and the wood looks beautiful. We plan to use it in our hobby room.. Darcy. North Ft. Myers, FL. Sun Aug 11 2024

Decent looking small desk for a low price. Easy to assemble, doing its job for a couple of years now (being a desk for my small home office). It's large enough for a big screen, docking station, external keyboard, mouse, and desk light. It is heavy enough to not shake much which I find important when working on a computer.. Stephan.
