Manufacturing or shipping defect leads to easily marred surface. First one had highly visible chipped off area exposing the wood composite underlay of the desk table top. Even second replacement top has noticeable scratch that we will live with. Table top is a very heavy piece! The replacement process has left us with the choice of a difficult disposal ourselves or another appointment for pick up of the defective piece. Wayfair handles these manufacturers’s issues readily and wisely. Very much recommend them. Manufacturer needs to fix packaging or inspection. Not sure which.. Kathy. Cambridge, MA. Mon Feb 07 2022
