This blanket is so soft! My family fights over who gets to use it. The directions say to fluff it in the dryer before using which we did, but it was pretty fluffy after we opened it. It had a slight smell but the dryer took care of that. The directions warn you that it will shed at first and it did. After about 3 shed “clean ups” it has pretty much stopped.
