This is a beautiful fireplace. However, it was difficult to put together by myself. Also, I have been unable to "sync" the remote to the firebox. To be able to turn on the fireplace, I have to plug it into the wall. To turn it off, I have to unplug it. I have not been able to change the color or turn on the heat. If anyone can give me suggestions of what to do to remedy this problem, I am anxious to hear them. (I have replaced the batteries in the remote.). Rhonda. IL. Fri Nov 01 2024
