This wine refrigerator came on time as promised and when the tap was removed from the unit, the door fell off on the floor. Wayfair immediately notified me of a replacement and told me to keep the other unit and dispose of it, no need to crate it up and carry it (heavy) to a Fed Ex store. That is a good company. Deborah. I have had this for a month so far. Its quiet and easy to set up. When fully filled, the bottom has a harder time keeping temp at a lower setting. The light for the temperature is too bright.
