I’ve owned pans from a range of price points and the top even the most expensive ones. The pans heat so evenly and quick, they have a really great surface to cook on. We’ve made everything from eggs, to fish, to stir fry and these pans blew it out of the water each time. I love that they aren’t ceramic so they don’t get scratched so easily, but it almost seems like they are because of how easy to cook with they are.
