I love the unique design, the item arrived well packaged. Assembly was not for the faint at heart. There were no directions to explain how chord length should be determined before cutting an ample supply of hanging electrical wire.the mounting plate to the electrical ceiling box was different than the instructions. I also was missing a stress relief and screws. Was able to work around the obstacles to get the light fixture installed and operating. Looks great in the dining room.. Louis N. Centennial, CO.
