I am pleased with the design and quality of the table itself. My concern is entirely with the assembly and installation. Three service technicians failed to correctly install the eight screws required for assembly. Six of the eight screws were either stripped or cross-threaded, leaving the table unstable. Is this a manufacturing defect involving misaligned screw holes, inadequate installation instructions, or a lack of proper training and competence among the delivery and installation team? This is a beautiful piece of furniture. Very solid. My husband said it looks like an heirloom piece. That being said it has scratched relatively easy on top. The way the on leg goes makes it hard to fit two people on each side with my chairs but I make it work. We got the smaller of the sizes.
