The Cook's Choice Sittin' Turkey Steamer is a great way to cook a crispy, moist, and savory turkey in the oven, smoker or on the grill. The beer, sauce or other flavored liquid that you put into the base will be infused into the turkey as it cooks. To use, simply put your favorite flavored liquid into the base and season a whole turkey with Cook's Choice Chicken Rub. Next place the chicken on the Sittin' Turkey and put it on the grill or in the oven at 250-275 degrees. As the Sittin' Turkey heats up, steam will be created cooking your turkey from the inside with moist flavorful heat. The steam keeps the inside of the turkey moist, while the surrounding heat creates a nice texture on the skin. When the turkey is fully cooked internally at 165 degrees, you remove it from the Turkey Steamer, and you're ready to eat. The vertical cooking design saves space in the oven and on the grill. This handy tool makes the perfect gift to any cook or grille.

Hope it works well. It's a gift.. Sheila. Island Lake, IL. Fri Dec 13 2019
