Pros: very sturdy and the chairs are heavy enough they wouldn't easily tip. Great height. Cons: directions were misleading. You need more than a screwdriver to assemble the chairs! My husband ended up using a vice to hold everything in place and a drill to start the holes from the chair braces into the legs, since they weren't there. This is a really nice set for a smaller area which we have. The only thing I don’t care for is that the chairs don’t fit completely under the table.
