I was so hopeful about this product. It is the exact size, colour and style I have been searching for. Plus functional. Due to its size the product comes in 3 separate boxes. Two were delivered together as the first shipment (the left and right ends). Installation was a breeze and they looked great! I was very excited to get the last part to finish the look. That's when the problem began. The third section (with the cupboards) came a couple of days later. Building it was also simple but I noticed that the hardware appeared different than the other two sections (black screws etc vs silver). They would be hidden so I just brushed it off. I put it together and put it in place between the earlier sections. That's when I noticed the issue. The colour was off. When assembling the part I hadn't noticed because it is an oak shade but it became extremely evident as soon as the pieces came together that this section was NOT the same as the other two. It looks completely disjointed. In fact, it looks terrible (shots provided below). I called Wayfair and they apologized etc but have not yet replaced the section for me. In speaking with the agent I explained its not just a matter of getting me a new door and hardware, I need a whole new section; one that MATCHES the other sections. It is sold as a 3-peice unit (that ALL look the same) but that's not what I received. I was assured that I would be getting a new middle section that matches but on the email I received for the replacement it continues to say 'door and hardware'. I called to get it rectified and I was assured again it would be corrected. It still hasn't been. The 'replacement' was also expected to be delivered on Feb 24. Its now March 3rd and its nowhere to be found. If I didn't run into this issue I would have given this unit a 5 rating but I can't stand looking at it as it is right now because it looks like something I picked up at a garage sale and put together hoping they would match. It was meant to be a show piece and right now I try as best I can to cover up the middle part so it isn't so obvious. I'm very disheartened.. Lidia. Toronto. Mon Mar 02 2026
