This cabinet was pretty straightforward with instructions on how to assemble. It came with all the right supplies, but you may also need a screwdriver to assemble. The tools only come with an Alan wrench. It comes with a lot of tiny little screws that are tedious to screw in. I thought the backing would be the most time consuming to put on, but actually the doors are awfully hard to put on unless you have two people. It did come with a couple of scrapes and discoloration but nothing that is too easy to notice. It did take me 3 hours to assemble by myself.
