It was easy enough to hang.. just make sure that you have a stud finder & available beams in your ceiling. The chair is nice and sturdy. Came with a chain long enough to easily choose the right length you want your chair to be hanging on. Cussion is soft and cover is technically removable for cleaning as it has a zipper, HOWEVER you would ha e to break the stitching that holds the cover to the pillow. Instead doi g that I just wash the whole cushion in the commercial size washing machine in local laundromat once in a while. In between the washes little stains can be easily removed with warm soapy water and towel.
