This wonderful Cotton Throw has shades of green, blue and brown. The center panel shows a typical mountain scene with two bears wandering past a cozy cabin on a quiet lake. The bears, trees, cabin, and canoes are hand appliqued, and the border has an intricate stippling pattern. 3" Rod pocket featured on the back for wall hanging purposes.

I love the throw, and it does coordinate fairly well with my midnight bear comforter and throw. It is basically the daytime scene of that set. It has a curtain rod pocket, like my midnight bear throw, so the two make great curtains for our bedroom. It is good quality, the equivalent of my midnight bear quilt/throw. I just wish it was a bit more reasonably priced ($278 CAD is very pricey), as my original midnight bear throw was much cheaper elsewhere (around $50 USD if I remember correctly). They are so similar in construction and quality that I questioned this pricepoint, but could not find it elsewhere. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5!. Heidi. Nova Scotia. A fine mix of structural resilience and visually enticing elements, the Millwood Pines Bear Lodge Tapestry Cotton Throw is an item that will endear itself to you through sheer looks. More ornamental than functional in nature, this is an accessory that will pep up any piece of furniture and liven up plain walls with skilled artwork on good quality fabric. With its 100% cotton build, the Bear Lodge Tapestry Cotton Throw is an accessory that may exist only for its visual appeal, but that doesn’t stop it from being resolute in its build. The cottage and country style that Millwood Pines have kept constant in this throw makes for an ideal addition around a crackling fireplace or complementing a hunting trophy. It displays a collection of minimal depictions from the world of fauna and flora. While the edges bear cocoa beans and fir trees, the main content resides in the center. A longboat, a log cabin, two deer, two fir trees, a mother bear seemingly disciplining her child, and a fish at the zenith of its short journey across the air/water barrier are the various scenes depicted here. This is nature-themed imagery with ample variety and is sure to hold the gaze of curious viewers. This throw is manufactured in the USA.
