If it’s the freshest coffee with the most flavor you crave, grinding whole beans before brewing is the only way to go. The Hamilton Beach® Burr Coffee Grinder offers 18 grind settings – from extra-fine to coarse – with adjustable quantities from 2 to 14 cups of coffee. Rather than having to grind for longer to get a finer texture like coffee grinders with blade systems, burr grinders allow you to precisely adjust coffee texture to suit your brewing method for a perfect cup of coffee with maximum flavor every time. The burr grinder is easy to operate and features one-touch grinding with auto shutoff. The burr grinder has a large bean hopper that stores 2 cups of coffee beans, keeping them fresh until you're ready to grind. The grounds container on the electric coffee grinder includes a snap-on lid that lets you easily pour grounds into your brew basket without making a mess. With a few quick turns, the top grinding wheel removes for cleaning. A soft bristle brush for cleaning is included. The burr grinder has durable stainless steel housing and a compact design that doesn't take up much space. A cord wrap under the base ensures easy and neat storage.

So far, I’ve used it to grind up raw pumpkin seeds, and roasted black seeds both which came out very fine. Just the way I wanted them. It’s good that you can wash the top completely however, for some reason, they’ve left a small gap, which makes it hard to clean and dry completely. I wish it held more and I wish there was a way to completely wash out the bottom instead of just being able to wipe it clean. If you only use it for one thing like coffee, it’s probably just fine and an excellent choice for the price... Anonymous. Sun Sep 13 2026

I like that it is not as noisy as my last grinder. It has many settings for the grind level. I have been trying them all to see what is the perfect setting for a pot of brewed coffee. If you have other ways you make cofeee this is a great grinder to select.. Judi Doucette. US. Fri Aug 14 2026

Grinding fresh whole-bean coffee immediately before brewing is the first step to achieving the best-tasting coffee at home. Ground coffee interacts with the air around it and, within hours, loses a great deal of flavor and aroma. The longer the ground coffee is exposed to air, the more flavor is lost, and the rich, full-bodied taste of the coffee cannot be obtained.

Produces the least amount of coffee grounds mess of any other grinder I’ve had. Louder than reviews state in my opinion.. Sd. WI. Fri Jul 24 2026
