The first one would not grind. I returned it and got a replacement a few days later. The replacement has exceeded all of my expectations. It’s easy to set up. Up to 10 cups of coffee can be made in the glass carafe, ideal when entertaining family and friends. There is also a 4-cup function perfect for when a smaller quantity of coffee is needed. A handy keep-warm function also keeps your pot of coffee warm for up to 60 minutes after brewing.

Gorgeous and well packaged for shipping. I haven’t used it yet but will update review. I LOVE the green color. I have been trying to find a green coffee maker for a while now and mint green is one of my favorite shades.
