I bought three panels - two for the deck and a third for the steps - and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. They arrived on time and in great shape. The four components of each panel were individually wrapped in shrink wrap so there were no scratches. The panel kits included everything - barring a drill - that I needed for assembly and installation. The directions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to assemble the four parts of each of the panels in about 20 minutes. Re: installation - I read some reviews before I purchased these items that complained about installing on concrete; luckily, I only had to deal with wood and it was a snap. The only improvement I'd suggest is that Wayfair also stock the connectors for multiple panels. I put mine together with the ends touching but I had to come up with a workaround for the connection between the stair rail and the deck rail. I give the railing a 10/10. We used it as a solution for a portion of our back porch seating area. The installation was simple and the stability is great.
