We bought this heater for our approximately 325 square foot off grid cabin. We used it for the first time this last weekend with temperatures around 40 degrees, and it kept the cabin nice and warm at the second and third settings. We have not had to go to the highest setting yet. It took my husband a couple of hours to install, including one trip to the hardware store. I would highly recommend this heater.. Julie. Osceola, WI.
