Just wanted to say first off , it my first time ever using a device like this . there was trouble with shipping being delayed. It has no instructions to put together or how to use it and I kinda wish it had an option for left-handed. I’m struggling to take the blade off to wash it. I believe there’s a safety mechanism because it gets stuck lock up when I go slide it back it’s caught But other than that, it works good. I really enjoy the amount I saved in grocery bill.
