Modern Abstract Shaggy Carpet Indoor Washable Rug Non-Slip Soft Big Area Rug Fluffy Mat for Home Decor

This rug is absolutely soft and snuggly. Not only is the fluffy area supple, but the area under the fluff is also velvety and spongy. The pattern camouflages dirt very well, but I washed mine just to see how it behaved. The directions suggested hand washing, but it was too big for that, so I used the gentle cycle on the washing machine with a detergent for delicates. I expected it to come out matted and tangled, but instead, it didn't need anything other than a few shakes. I did not place it in the dryer. At first, I thought I had ruined the rug because it didn't seem as soft. I re-read the description that said the rug might be a little thinner after washing but would recover in a couple of days. My dining room gets a lot of traffic being its near the front door so Im not a big fan of big rugs. But I do like something under my feet when Im sitting at my table.
