This rug is nice, thick, and mostly what we thought it would be. The color .. So from some angles it does look black but from most other angles its more of a charcoal or dark dismal blue. The rug laid flat almost immediately other than the inner most rolled edge. That should flatten in a few days. That being said my daughter likes the look of it anyway :). Adrianne. Owasso, OK.
