This rug came folded instead of rolled and had some pretty severe lines from that. I used a fabric softener spray first to try and get them out, but that didn't work, so I washed it. The lines are not noticeable now. It's very soft underfoot but I'm not sure about the material. It almost doesn't qualify as a rug in the traditional sense because the pile is so low.
