I ordered the gray/ivory/beige rug. Like every rug out there, it’s about an inch shorter at width and length. A little disappointing but I should have known better. Our rugs are curled and folded during packing and shipping. Don't worry, when you receive the package, you just need to loosen it and let the rug lie flat and it will naturally return to its original state. If, for more stubborn creases, you roll up the rug and tie it in opposite positions for hours may be more effective.
