This mattress is much firmer than I expected. I had to change my pillow since I am side sleeper and didn't sink in as far as usual. Had a kink in my neck for a week. Once I changed pillows seem to sleep better. Still getting used to the firmness, but hoping I will adjust over time. This bed is ridiculously comfortable. I purchased it for our townhome which we only go to here and there and I wish we had it at our full time home. I’d say medium plush I’m 6’3” and an athletic 235lbs usually beds like this are too soft and hurt my back from lack of support. Not the case with this at all.
