Water dispenser does NOT cool water. Comes out actually warmer than room temperature. Hot water works. Very disappointed. I am 76+ years old and am in no condition to try to fix this. I have contacted Avanti and they have asked me for proof of purchase, where Avanti can send repair parts. I am in no mood for this. Having this water dispenser has been so convenient. I love being able to get fresh water instantly! The setup was incredibly easy and the dispenser functions exactly how it’s supposed to. I love that I can get both hot and cold water, and that it’s clearly labeled which is which (really helpful when you have young kids). Ok I am giving 4 stars- instead of 5. Because the paddles- are not a great design. Every time we get water it drips onto the paddles and on the floor. Annoying for sure. But, honestly other than that the whole system is great. Our water taste really good! It has made a huge difference. I just wish the design was better.
