I bought these rods for a total of 4 windows in a Living Room/Dining Room combination. We have standard 8' ceilings so a bought the 96" curtains because I wanted to hang them as high as possible to the ceiling. These rods were perfect for the curtains because the clamp is super strong and I pinched the curtain so it also looks "pleated". It gives it a very custom look because the curtains literally go from floor to ceiling! The wheels are smooth and it is very easy to open and close. What sets this rod above the regular curtain rod is how it snaps into the 3 brackets but the curtain and fully open to the left or right unencumbered by the bracket in the middle.
