All the items are nice. The only thing I would have liked is for the funnel to have been stainless steel. For canning something that requires boiling liquid to be added in jars, this plastic one would not be appropriate.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 27 2026

I have used this for many batches of canning by this point, and it works very well. I can do relatively large loads at a time. I can get the water high enough for Quart sized jars too, but you need to manage the boil so it doesn't get too aggressive and spill out. I feel like this has been pretty versatile for me, and I don't have to worry about enamel flakes from those enamelware waterbath canners in something like this. I also love that this is induction compatible, because I had actually purchased this before replacing my stove and hadn't even taken that into consideration at the time. But this works beautifully on my new stove, though it does take up a large amount of real estate on my stove when in use.. Sara. Radford, VA. Mon Oct 12 2026
