The color is subtle and nice in person. Can’t go wrong with an Adirondack chair, and I like how weather resistant this seems to be. Sturdy, comfortable, and fairly quick to put together. First off, I own many polywood chairs and items and their products are top notch. Quality is superb. This Adirondack chair is the same. Easy to assemble, looks great, functions great and excellent quality. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hardware kit was not complete and we were missing 4 of the screws. I did contact Wayfair and Polywood got them sent out, but it was still a hassle to get the hardware just to finish assembling the chair for use.. April. Kittanning, PA. Fri Mar 13 2026

I have a bench that is polywood like this chair and it has been outside in all seasons of weather and it still looks like new. So, I know this chair will last a long time. It is comfortable and there were only 5 pieces to assemble. One problem was that on the back panel there were no holes drilled which I have circled in my pictures. Gorgeous chair, very heavy. The assembly wasn’t necessarily hard, but I was surprised to find out that the holes and pieces don’t come together seamlessly. I was surprised because of what a reputable brand Polywood is- I would’ve expected their manufacturing to be better. Overall, the chair is very sturdy despite the manufacturing errors and the seat appears to be wider than a standard plywood dining chair, which I think is an improvement.. Caitlin. Plymouth, MA. It’s POLYWOOD! How can you go wrong Yes, the price is very high but they have a 20 year warranty. Their pieces are very heavy so you won’t have to worry about them sliding around or getting flipped over in a typical storm. It took minimal time to put together which is an added bonus.
