This is an easy to assemble fountain, producing a soft trickling sound that cannot be heard at a distance, and a minimal amount of splash.
Cute fountain! Somehow I missed that it's concrete so very heavy. It comes with a pump and is not assembled. The assembly instructions were very confusing to me because it says to connect the ball valve adapter to the pump. Um, this is impossible because they don't fit into each other. Luckily, I had some 1/2" plastic tubing that was just the right size and connected the ball valve to the pump via the tube. Once I did that the rest was easy. The other thing I wasn't aware of in advance is that once you connect everything and test it to make sure it actually works, you have to dump all the water out, wait for it to dry, and purchase clear silicone sealant to seal around the pump cord and stopper.
