The dresser is well built, beautiful and matches perfectly with the rest of our set. I am however very dissatisfied with the delivery service we received. This is my 4th time having Wayfair deliverassemble furniture and I have never been disappointed with their service until now. First of all, the boy wore his shoes on my carpet. He then proceeds to tell me “it’s against wayfair’s policy for dogs to be in the house if we’re delivering furniture”. I was taken back by this and told him this is the 4th delivery I’ve had and the first I’ve heard of that. Meanwhile, my golden retriever is sitting on the other side of the house. The guy was quiet then comes back to say his buddy was bit by a dog before so he doesn’t do dogs. Bottom line is is he should have started with that and not been dishonest with me from the start. They then proceeded to ignore me when I asked them not to wear their shoes on the carpet. They didn’t ask me to take a look with them after they completed it and only said “we’re all done” on their way out the front door. I go back to look at it and they placed it halfway in front of a window and screwed the string that the hardware is shipped with, into the inside of every drawer handle.
