I'm so happy with these counter stools. Was looking for black Windsor stools with a very high back and these turned out to be perfect. Very happy with the quality and aesthetic. Item is well packaged. The hardware is a pewter color which I could not tell from the item photos on Wayfair. It does have charging ports which was a nice surprise. In the description it says brown but it is black. The drawers glide is good not perfect but acceptable. The finish is a matte black . You must attach the legs which is not hard. Well-protected shipping box, easy to assemble for competent DIYers (recommend a drill to properly torque screws, but hand-tightening works), no excess stain, no discernible chemical smell so common to mass-produced furniture. Docked it a star because the finish was darker and more rustic than shown in the listing, and the drawer is just a little janky to close all the way (to be clear, I did not detect any mechanical / installation issues with drawer, it just appears to be a design issue)..
