We use this as a cooking burner in my mom’s suite. It replaced another one that wasn’t very hot. This one works well and comparable to a regular stove. However, 1 star removed for the fan noise it makes being a bit louder than expected. Angelique. Cincinnati, OH. Tue Oct 13 2026

Happy with the induction plate so far. The only thing that is is missing is is an actual temp read out instead of pre programed selection of numbers from 1-9 where the default temp selection is 5. I'll get used to to it. Manual and the underside of induction plate recommends one hour use and two hrs of rest. Doesn't sound like a long usage time. . Robert. Niagara Falls, ON. Tue Sep 29 2020
