We needed a new chair for our office and this was a great find. Overall, the chair is a beautiful color, sturdy, and functional. However, a major flaw was in the assembly. When it was time to connect the arms to the back of the chair, it was impossible to screw in all of the screws. Each arm has 2 holes that connect to the back of the chair for support. In one of my pictures, I highlighted the obstructions in the holes. I’m guessing whoever designed this thought this was a good way to keep the screws in place when all it did was prevent the top screws from going in altogether. Luckily, the bottom screws were tight enough and when you add the base, it secured the chair. So mine is put together with only half the screws needed for the arms.. Alexandria. Auburn, AL.
