I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. I love this shed! But It was hard to assemble, definitely get professional help. It took us a couple of days. It does not come with the shingles or the floor, so plan ahead and get your shingles in case it rains. The walls are ply board which swells up if it gets wet. The solid wood are just for framing.
