The best nonstick I have ever used. I love Berghoff and I have replaced my set with Berghoff now and I absolutely love them. They heat fast use less gas and clean up easier than I have ever seen. I only worry about making an omelette because I am afraid it would slide right out of the pan! That was a joke but they really do slide right out. Even scrambled are no problem.
