I love that the diameter fits on each burner without extending over neighboring burners so that every spot on the stovetop can be utilized. Great even cooking...no hot spots, even when soups remain over flame for 12+ hours.....demi glaze, more than 24 hours.......AND they look beautiful. Please consider making a 15-16 quart.
