Terrible experience — avoid Wafaire
I had an awful experience with Wafaire. My product arrived damaged, and when I contacted customer service immediately, they offered a refund — but only if I paid for return shipping. I even asked to speak with a manager, but they still wouldn’t make an exception. They said they would call me back within two days and never did. I cannot believe they would ship out damaged goods and then stick the customer with the bill. Completely unacceptable. I will never do business with Wayfair again, and I highly recommend others stay away.. Colin. Sat May 03 2025
