Shipping, negative stars. Packaging and item itself 5 stars. I had been eyeing it for months. At almost 1k, I was finding it hard to justify. On Black Friday, it was 25 off. I paid a little over 700 for it, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s more substantial than it looks online. It’s a great piece of furniture. Now knowing what I know about it’s quality, I may have paid full price. It was very well packaged with protectant covers on all four corners. It’s the only thing that saved it, because the shipper busted up one of the corners in transit. I thought it was going to have damage, but thankfully it didn’t.. Melissa. Cantonment, FL.
