The wall bracket mounting solution is an alternative to the easy slip-on method that uses the existing back plate. In some cases, the original covers might be completely removed leaving only the bare finned tube element. In new construction environments, only the finned tube element needs to be installed. The wall brackets are a direct substitution for a backplate. Baseboarders Wall Bracket includes one wall bracket and one number 6 screw. Best practices use when the original covers are less than 7.5” tall and use at least 2 brackets per Baseboarders panel. Wall Brackets provide a surface to attach Baseboarders panels when the original baseboard heater is either too short (less than 7.5” tall) or does not exist. Use basic precautions when using with electric baseboard heaters, as they operate at higher surface temperatures. Baseboarders products will become just as hot as the original.

Baseboarders Premium Series Zero Clearance end caps are symmetrical, with no left or right orientation required. They are used when the original back plate terminates within 1/2 in. of an adjacent wall. These end caps are designed to snap onto Baseboarders Premium Series panels only and are intended for heaters with pipes that bend down into the floor or back into the wall, rather than continuing into an adjacent wall. The panel perforations measure 1/8 in. in diameter to allow proper airflow. These covers are intended for hydronic (hot water) baseboard heaters, but they can also be used with electric baseboard heaters. When using electric baseboard heaters, basic safety precautions should be followed, as they operate at higher surface temperatures. Baseboarders products will become just as warm as the original heater.
