Install instructions are well laid out and easy to follow. Two different install options, one for wood with 4 screws and anchors and one for concrete center rod install. Although hardware isn’t included, the install instructions were sent ahead of arrival in email and I was able to use them to get all required items from our local hardware store. Opted for the single center rod install and they were under 5.00 each. Bought the needed concrete drill bit and the anchoring adhesive and all of these went into my husband’s Christmas stocking which made for a few laughs and puzzled looks as he’s trying to figure out what he needed it for!Once assembled, holes marked and then drilled in concrete, used our air compressor to blow out extra concrete dust in the holes. We then dry fit everything, adjusting screws as needed to ensure the bottom plate sat flush to ground. Used the anchoring adhesive in the hole and did the final set, tightened hex nuts and put the decorative shoes over the plates. It hen beautiful sturdy results once adhesive cured.. Diane.
