This is our third or fourth Hamilton Beach toaster oven. They all have worked very well and I expect this will do the same. We got this one because we wanted to downsize it from a 6 slice toaster to create a little more countertop space.. Patti. Hot Springs Village, AR. Thu Jun 04 2026

Sturdy and large enough to hold nearly anything. I use toaster ovens often, rather than turning on the big oven. It saves electricity and you can keep an eye on what's warming. I don't microwave very much because it changes the texture of food. Only a few things survive microwaving.. Taimi Gorman. Bellingham, WA. Thu Jul 16 2026

So far, we have no serious issues with our new BLACK+DECKER 8-Slice Extra Wide Convection Toaster Oven. It did a good job on frozen pizza, handled my Lodge enameled cast iron braising pan which is about 14.5" total width including handles and my favorite 9 x 13 baking pan.
