The new premium rustic arch pizzaiolo is our *very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the pizzaiolo is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Our best-selling pizzaiolo model and the Buena Ventura are the most traditional of our wood-fired pizza ovens. But these ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! All of our brick ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

Best thing we ever added to our backyard! Loads of entertainment value. We have enjoyed so much family time with this addition to our tiki bar!. Shelly. US. Thu Aug 17 2023

Wow- the new rustic brick pizzaiolo is beautiful and different from any other authentic dome pizza oven! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement. This oven is the most traditional shape (like the Buena Ventura and Pizzaiolo) but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizzas at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Wow- the new rustic brick Lisboa is beautiful and different from the other authentic dome pizza ovens! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement! The rustic is also rotisserie capable. The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli, Brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries.
