The South Perth Island is beautiful. The down side is color is not the same in the pictures on Wayfair where you choose your color. When the item arrived the color was much darker. Not a match at all. I held the picture of the color I wanted up to my cabinets to match from the color samples on Wayfair. It looked like a perfect match. When I got the island it was actually a very dark walnut instead of the Caribbean Rum picture color on the wayfair web. I was disappointed how far off the actual color was from the picture on the web. Too much trouble to send back and pick another color. I waited 2 months for the delivery.. Janis. Washington, Dc. Nice quality piece of furniture. The granite top looks darker online, but like another customer stated, could be just the differences in the natural granite. Mine was more of a light cream colored. I purchased the kitchen island in the European Cherry, and it smells like it was just stained prior to it being shipped. It is beautiful and worth every penny! I am using it as a coffee station. What you don't see in these pictures, because I have this up against a wall, is that there is another set of cabinet doors on the other side so that you can get to the cabinet on either side of this kitchen island. The full-service delivery was exceptional! Very pleasant two young men delivered this piece of furniture without any issues.
