I won't be using this review to describe the functionality of this timer, as it arrived damaged, though it did look like the website photo. I can attest very sincerely and strongly to the functionality of the Customer Service department at Wayfair--it is the best! I have interacted with some of the nicest, most helpful people whenever I have had questions or situations.. Rebecca. La Porte, IN. Tue Dec 01 2020
