The sofa is very nice and mostly what we were hoping for. I was a little worried to buy online without actually trying it out to make sure it was comfortable but am pleased with it. The only real complaint I have is the way it’s packed for shipping. It arrived wrapped in plastic on a pallet and if it was just that I think it would have been fine but they put band straps around the length of the sofa which holds it to the pallet. The pallet side was fine but the strap side has two unsightly marks in the leather. It’s faux so it is probably permanent but I’m hoping it will smooth out some.. Steve. US. Wed Sep 15 2021
