The rug is good quality and very nice. It settled very well (it was folded, not rolled) and didn't leave ridges. The four stars is just because the picture and reality are different as to colors. I still like it, so am keeping it, but the pictures are very much brighter than what it actually looks like. They were a little brighter than I really wanted, but took a chance. The actuaL colors are a little duller than I wanted, but it's such a nice rug that I've decided it works. Blue is more gray and the pink & red are just dull. But it still works, so I'm okay with it..
