Would have been excellent had I measured correctly. I chose the 16x18 and need a 16x20 or 16x22. The harder you pull the corner cables in a diagonal direction, the more the sail cinches along the edges like a drawstring and the more the sail sags in the center. For the sail to be fully taut when hanging, it either needs to be within a foot or so to the post you’re securing it to or the line of pull needs to be perfectly aligned with the edges of the sail. I did leave it hanging like a curtain for a couple days when I realized there was no way I was going to get to hang properly. It absolutely does its job at shading and cooling an area significantly. Highly recommend. Just make sure to accurately measure and to not forget that measuring horizontally along the ground will underestimate the actual distance between the two attachment points if one is significantly higher than the other.. Don't waste your money. These are not deep enough to hold a pole firmly in place. We let them sit over a week after adding cement and once we attached the sunshade 3 out of 4 poles fell over. We had to then re dig them out and start over. They need to be 2 or 3 feet in the ground. This is only just over 1 foot. Don't buy this garbage. We learned the hard way so you don't have to. Photo shows the shade had fallen low after poles leaned inward due to tension after fastened.. Top Notch. SC. Mon May 19 2025

The sunshade cloth/shade panel is made of anti-ultraviolet material, which is light and durable. 90% shading rate, mesh design, breathable, more suitable for blocking sunlight and heat. Multi-purpose application, can be used in pergola, patio cover, greenhouse, garden plants, swimming pool, balcony, kennel and other areas where you want to create comfortable shade.

Useful product. I like the grommets all the way around for secured tie-down. Bought the 10x10 to update an older shade frame that lost its previous canopy from a winter storm. This comes with elastic bungee tie straps (though not enough for all grommets) I also used zip ties for extra security. Price reasonable compared to other online retailers.. Shirley. Red Lion, PA.
