The newly improved 2 Pin Wire to Tape Splice Connectors from Armacost Lighting are the most efficient way to connect two sections of LED tape light into one continuous strip. Now with designated channels for wire insertion, installing the connectors is quick and easy. Bridge gaps or create custom-length LED strip lights without soldering or wire stripping. 2C White/Single Color Connectors are used for single color, 8 mm LED tape lighting. Compatible with both indoor and outdoor RibbonFlex circuits.

These work great! I used 18 AWG 2-conductor ribbon cable to do my wiring (cleaner routing, bigger AWG to negate voltage drop over long runs), but the insulation is thicker than single wires; the smaller crimp-style connectors wouldn't work. These saved my bacon! (Tinning the wires to prevent "whiskers" helps greatly, too).. William. Mesa, AZ. Fri Jun 05 2026
