Everything was in the box.
As I was pulling the umbrella out of the box, I could see that the solar lights were already on.
The crank was very smooth, and it opened right up. 
I drilled 4 holes into my cement patio so I would not have to use the cross bar support and weights. I don’t like the look plus it takes up too
much room.
I would buy it again and recommend it.
