Bathtub shower screens are a sleek alternative to shower curtains and sliding shower doors. They are common in Europe and feature a glass panel attached to the wall by 1 or more hinges, enabling the glass to swing rather than slide. Ark Showers has taken this European bath screen design and optimized it for US bathrooms. All Ark Showers shower screens tempered safety glass which gives a solid feel without being too heavy. The glass itself is crystal clear and because there is no hardware (rods, rails or hinges) other than at the wall your bathroom feels larger. They are hygienic and easy to clean and last for years.

Perfect for the smaller shower enclosure, our Albedo wall-hinged shower door makes a stylish statement. Taller than most competitor shower enclosures, our frameless 3/8” tempered glass panels come in a standard 78” height. Glass is treated on both sides with EnduroShield coating, which aids in repelling water and soap residue, allowing the panels to be fully reversible. In addition, our superior quality solid brass hardware is available in a variety of color finishes to suit any bathroom. With our extensive range of frameless shower doors and panel sizes, the Albedo by Glass Warehouse allows light to stream through the glass, giving your bathroom the luxury, high-end feel of a spa retreat.

For ease of cleaning we also offer glass with a ClearShield coating on both faces. ClearShield is a polymeric resin that bonds chemically with the glass to form a hydrophobic (water hating) coating on the surface of the glass. The coating is inert, transparent and non-hazardous but it causes the water droplets to bead up and run off the glass more readily than they do on ordinary glass, leaving less water behind (and any soap, limescale, bacteria or other residues). Consequently, far less cleaning is required to keep your shower screen looking like new, saving you time and effort. ClearShield also hinders bacteria growth for a more hygienic environment.
